Perpetuo is a small, independently run AI radio service, operated by one person in Canada. This page describes exactly what the site collects, what it deliberately does not, and who else is involved.

The short version. If you only listen to the example stations, you are never asked for anything. Accounts exist to hold a subscription and the stations you create. Payment details go to Stripe, never to Perpetuo.

What is collected

Email address	Only if you create an account	To sign you in and attach your subscription and stations to you. Stored in AWS Cognito.
Subscription status	While you subscribe	Your plan, billing period, and how many new songs your stations have generated this month, so quotas work. Stored against an account identifier.
Station names and descriptions	When you create or edit a station	Your description is the station's creative brief: it is stored with your account and sent to third-party AI services (a language model to write each song, a music model to sing it) every time a new song is generated. Don't put personal information in a station description.
Payment details	At checkout	Handled entirely by Stripe. Perpetuo never sees or stores your card number.
Usage analytics	Every visit	Google Analytics (`G-E8M32WXZNN`) records page views and general traffic patterns so the operator knows whether anyone is listening.
Server logs	Every request	Standard web logs, including IP address, kept briefly for debugging and abuse prevention.

What is not collected

Card numbers. Stripe handles payment entry on its own pages.
Listening history. Perpetuo does not keep a per-listener log of what you heard.
No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no selling of anything to anyone.

Who else is involved

Perpetuo runs on Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, accounts) and uses Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for traffic measurement. Songs are generated with third-party AI services; the only user-provided text that reaches them is your station's name and description.

Storage in your browser

The site uses browser storage rather than tracking cookies: your sign-in session and your volume/mute settings. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

Your choices

You can listen to the example stations without an account.
You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted: email the address below and it will be done.
Browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop Google Analytics; the site works fine without it.

Children

Perpetuo is not directed at children under 13 and accounts are not knowingly created for them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal.
