Terms of Use

Last updated 31 July 2026

Perpetuo is a small, independently operated AI radio service, run by one person in Canada. Using the site means accepting these terms.

The stations

Perpetuo broadcasts continuously. The public example stations are free to hear; a subscription lets you create your own stations by describing the music you want, and new songs are generated with AI to match your description. Every station is a shared broadcast: everyone tuned to it hears the same thing at the same moment, and there are no per-listener playback controls by design.

The service is offered as-is. Songs, stations and features may change or disappear, and the service may go offline without notice.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe in US dollars (USD) or, where offered, Canadian dollars (CAD), in the currency you select at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan sets how many stations you may run and how many brand-new songs you may add per billing month, as one pool shared across all your stations; unused songs do not roll over. Replaying the catalog your stations have already built is unlimited and not metered.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. When it lapses your stations pause: they stop playing and stop generating. The catalog they built is kept, and resubscribing brings them back.

Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. If a renewal payment fails, generation pauses until payment is sorted; if something goes wrong with billing, contact the address below and it will be sorted out.

Accounts

An account exists to hold your subscription and stations. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may request deletion at any time, though records of completed payments are kept as long as needed for accounting.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service; don't rip or redistribute the broadcast as standalone tracks; don't use the site to infringe anyone's rights.

Liability

Perpetuo is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you have actually paid. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
